Onion Sausages Recipe

INGREDIENTS
·       20kg of onions
·       200g of shelled pine nuts
·       250ml of olive oil
·       40g of anise

PREPARATION
1.    Peel the onions
2.    Boil the onions until they are tender. Drain the water applying weight on top. Grind
3.    Roast the anise seeds and grind them
4.    Fry the pine nuts in 4 tablespoons of oil
5.    Mix all the ingredients including the remaining oil
6.    Stuff the mixture and tie up along the line at regular intervals
