Celery Pie Recipe

Celery Pie 

INGREDIENTS
·       400g of celery
·       300g of cauliflower
·       300g of chestnuts
·       1 onion
·       50g of peas
·       4 tablespoons of hazelnut butter
·       Vegetable pie dough
·       Soy sauce

PREPARATION

1.    Peel and chop the onion
2.    Wash and chop the cauliflower and the celery
3.    Roll the pie dough over an oven dish and bake it at 2200C until golden
4.    Boil and peel the chestnuts
5.    In a separate pot boil cauliflower, celery, onions, and peas
6.    Blend all vegetable in the form of puree; add the soy sauce and add the mixture over the pie dough
